Profile
- You have a master in IT or equivalent through experience.
- You have 5-8 years of successful experience in system administration (UNIX, LINUX, SOLARIS) and
relational database administration. Programming skills will be an asset.
- You have knowledge of BioInformatics IT environment, web server administration (Tomcat, Apache),
RDBMS database knowledge (Oracle, MySQL, …)
- You have multicultural and good communication and reporting skills.
- You are service and customer oriented and a team player.
- English is required.

BioInformatics System Administrator (m/f)
Job Description You will join the Architecture & Services team that implements, administrates and maintains the IT infrastructure to ensure a reliable and performing IT environment. In addition to the IT environment for “standard users”, the IT infrastructure contains bioinformatics servers with highly specific needs in terms of administration and customization. The main purpose of this position is to focus on the design, implementation, and maintenance of these bioinformatics components.Profile
