For our Regional Headquarter -Bayer Middle East (BME)- in the Jebel- Ali Free Zone in Dubai (UAE), we a are looking for a
• Take on a key Finance- and Administration role in the region
• Plan and co- ordinate Bayer’s Finance and Accounting activities for the entire MENA region and its
offices
• Ensure sub regional offices fully adhere to BME processes
• Ensure project deadlines are met
• Assist and support sub regional offices and enable finance department in implementing streamlined
BME processes
• Monitor progress and shorten business processes where appropriate
• Continuously analyze current status, systems and developments, and report findings
Your qualifications You are able to think strategically and show clear commitment to the business strategy. You think creatively, overcome complexity and possess distinguished interpersonal soft skills with regards to conflict management, delegation, communication and the management of cultural diversity. We are looking for a confident, articulate and motivated personality. In addition, the successful candidate will be qualified in Business and Administration / Finance and have excellent Microsoft Office (Excel) as well as SAP / ERP experience. Fluency in Arabic is a necessary requirement and you must be prepared to travel frequently to sub regional offices in the entire MENA region.
