International HR Trainee Program

Job Description Our 18-month international graduate trainee program provides a springboard for your subsequent career. You will work in a range of HR departments at Bayer AG, its subgroups and service companies and our new shared services center Bayer Direct Services. The program includes a six-month foreign assignment. See information brochure for more details.

Profile Alongside a degree in economics, the social sciences, psychology or law with a special focus on personnel issues, you have gained initial practical experience through internships in human resources´departments in your home country or abroad. Your strengths include excellent communication skills, commitment, flexibility, an ability to work independently and an aptitude for achieving results as part of a team. For this international program you must be able to speak and write English and German fluently. Knowledge of another
language would be useful.
