Bayer has two legal entities in Indonesia:  PT Bayer MaterialScience and PT Bayer Indonesia, with the two companies based in Jakarta, and having a combined work force of about 850 employees.  There is a Bayer MaterialScience plant in Anyer.  Bayer CropScience has a production plant in Surabaya, while Bayer HealthCare has manufacturing plants in Cibubur and Cimanggis.
