Every day
Training as a commercial assistant at Bayer is not a soft option – and that’s a good thing. As well
as gaining an insight into many different areas, trainees get a feeling for the interaction between
individual processes. It is really exciting to see what goes on in the company’s many departments.
Why Bayer
This variety is topped by the business simulation in which trainees have the opportunity to
practice what they’ve learnt in ‘live’ conditions but without risk from the consequences. There’s a
lot to do and a lot to learn. The practical training is complemented by a great academic program.
Breaks
It’s not all work though. There’s still a bit of time to pause for breath – either over a coffee
with colleagues in the cafeteria or in one of the many project groups.
Tip
If you enjoy learning and are looking for practical experience and variety, then Bayer is the right
place for you.
