New Bayer Offices Inaugurated in Honduras
Tegucigalpa, October 2010. Bayer recently inaugurated its
new offices in the Honduran capital of Tegucigalpa. Dr. Mathias Kremer, Senior Bayer Representative
for Latin America and the Caribbean, held a press conference to outline the fact that the office’s
inauguration marked the end of Bayer’s year-long infrastructure project in the country. It included
a modern warehousing facility in San Pedro, one of the two initiatives resulting from the
consolidation of the company’s operations.
Consolidation of Company Facilities in the Country
"This investment in new administrative offices was driven by Bayer’s growth and development in
Honduras. In addition, this investment allows us to ensure that our dedicated employees can take
advantage of modern facilities” explained Kremer. “Opening new administrative offices is in keeping
with our aim of meeting current demand and allowing for the future growth in the organization”
added Ricardo Fazzio, Corporate Country Head for Honduras.
Bayer has had its own offices in Honduras since 1986, but the brand has been present in the
country since 1929 when the first pharmaceutical products were sold.
