Bayer Postdoc Workshop, Tarrytown (New York) USA,

The Bayer AG, Germany, kindly invites postdoctoral scientists researching in the fields of synthetic organic chemistry, chemical biology and catalysis to participate in the 2010 Bayer Postdoc Workshop. This workshop will be an excellent occasion to discuss highlights from Bayer’s recent research in the Life and Chemical Sciences, to present one’s individual scientific results and to explore specific job opportunities within the Bayer organization.
Over the next few years, Bayer AG expects to have several openings in its various Research Departments. It is Bayer´s intention to attract highly motivated scientists with excellent experience in synthetic organic chemistry and catalysis to fill these challenging positions.

Location
The workshop will take place at the “Tarrytown House Estate” close to New York, NY. This location provides a stimulating environment for scientific exchange and discussion. Ample time will be available to make personal contacts with representatives from Bayer Schering Pharma and Bayer CropScience, while enjoying the New York countryside in the Hudson Valley area and experiencing its unique cuisine.
