Bayer Recognized for Global Diversity

The jury particularly praised Bayer for this philosophy and its related campaigns. In evaluating the company, the jury noted Bayer's ongoing education of employees in terms of cultural diversity. According to the jury, "Bayer considers it important for staff to get to know other cultures, to discover and understand them." The company's Human Rights Diversity Declaration directly confronts these values.
