Bayer Indonesia is Most Admired Pharmaceuticals Company 2008
BusinessWeek Indonesia Ranks the Country's Companies
PT Bayer Indonesia has once again been recognized as one of the Most Admired Companies in Indonesia. Bayer Indonesia received the award for the Best Corporate Image 2008 in the Pharmaceuticals category (also including Consumer Care). Repeating the success of the three previous years, Bayer came up top based on an independent survey carried out by Business Week Indonesia and Frontier Consulting Group. The survey respondents included some 500 journalists, investors, and middle and senior managers as well as 1000 members of the general public. They were asked to rank the companies based on several criteria. Bayer showed improvement across 10 reputation criteria reflecting quality, performance, responsiveness and attractiveness aspects. The award ceremony was held on June 12. Hans-Josef Schill, the President Director of PT Bayer Indonesia, received the award along with 36 other executives, each from different industries.
