Bayer China Receives Award for Second Year in a Row

Shanghai.   Bayer China has been recognized as one of the country’s top employers in the Shanghai region by the Corporate Research Foundation (CRF) for the second year in a row. The award was accepted by Michael Koenig, President of Bayer Group in Greater China, at a ceremony held recently.

Koenig expressed his appreciation at the award eremony: “The experience of participating in this top employer appraisal was a valuable opportunity and we are proud to have been recognized as one of the top employers in the country. This award is also helpful in attracting new talent to join Bayer.”

CRF is an international publishing company that conducts research into best business practices in eight countries on three continents. An international jury evaluated companies taking part in the competition, based on an evaluation of factors comprising Compensation & Benefits, Career Development and Promotion, Working Conditions, Training, Company Culture and Innovation. A total of 23 companies were honored this year.
