Intendis Voted One of the Best Employers in Turkey

Yoruk Sinasi, General Manager, Intendis Turkey, spoke of the recognition’s significance at the award ceremony: “We are delighted to be honored once again and to have improved on our third place result from 2009. Our continued efforts have clearly paid off, and the award is a testament to the excellent teamwork of our employees.”

The rankings were compiled based in part on the results of an employee engagement survey, which measures the extent to which employees are attached to a company and the efforts they make for the interest of the organization. Interviews with HR departments and chief executives were also used, in order to determine whether managers and company policies demonstrate that people are an important asset and a key reason for success.
