Bayer Indonesia is Second Most Admired Pharmaceuticals Company
BusinessWeek Indonesia Ranks the Country's Companies
Leverkusen. Bayer Indonesia has been named Indonesia's second most admired
pharmaceutical company for the second year in a row in the Indonesia Most Admired Companies (IMAC)
2006 survey conducted by BusinessWeek. Bayer Indonesia finished ahead of Kalbe Farma, Tempo Scan
Pacific and Pfizer Indonesia, while Kimia Farma was first. Around 1,500 respondents took part in
the poll, conducted in the cities of Jakarta and Suarabaya, which included managers, investors, and
journalists.
Judging criteria included quality (attention to costumer, product/service
quality, reliability, innovation); performance (opportunity to grow and good management);
responsibility (environment and social responsibility) and attractiveness (working place and
employee quality).
