Bayer wins Randstad Award 2005

The most attractive employer in Belgium

Brussels: A recent study by staffing agency Randstad showed that Bayer is considered the most attractive employer in Belgium. 8,000 people aged between 18 and 65 were asked for their views about the country’s top 151 companies with more than 1,000 employees.

Important criteria for respondents were salary, a company’s financial status, job security, working environment, work/life balance and duties of position. Bayer topped the survey as best company.
