The interview
The goal of every application should be to pique the potential employer’s curiosity and
interest. If we invite you to a job interview, this means you’ve already managed to do that with
your résumé. The best way to find out whether the applicant and the company are indeed a good fit
for one another is through a personal conversation.
What are your goals?
The main purpose of the interview is to get to know one another. We present our company to
you, explain what we do and talk in more detail about the position you have applied for, including
your development perspectives. It goes without saying that we are pleased to answer any questions
you might have.
What we are most interested in is your personality. What drives you in life? What were your
motives – in choosing your course of study and the previous stations of your career and your
qualifications, but also in life in general? What gives you joy in life, what values are important
to you and what are your goals? These are interesting questions to which you most likely have
interesting answers.
