Continuing education at Bayer fits around your requirements not fixed times and places

The training department at Bayer also offers computer-based training (e-learning) to supplement its range of courses and workshops. e-learning offers a range of benefits: employees can study at their own pace, repeat lessons as often as they wish with no time pressure and decide when and where to study.

Increasing use of the advantages of e-learning creates new opportunities and a new learning culture. The range of e-learning courses available is constantly being expanded. For example, an integrated approach is currently being piloted. This combines traditional seminars on various subjects with electronic support.

In addition, all employees can access the e-learning portal in the Bayer Intranet. The portal provides information on e-learning and helpful hints on how to make best use of self-study materials.
