Bayer believes that facilitating mobility within the company is an important way of enhancing personal development. Our Intranet therefore includes a special in-house job service that gives all employees a rapid overview of current vacancies within the company, accompanied by an online application facility.

Employees who want to take a more proactive approach to personal and career development can place an anonymous profile in the Intranet. Line managers and human resources staff with suitable employment opportunities can then contact them via the Intranet. Naturally, each employee is free to decide whether or not to accept the invitation to an interview.
