Folker Folkens – Preparing undergraduate thesis

Support
Support is the crucial thing in my job. I greatly value the help I have received from Bayer, both as an intern and now while I’m preparing my graduate thesis.

Conceptual work
My thesis is a conceptual challenge above all else. It is primarily a matter of brain power: research, drawing conclusions and summarizing. It’s good to know I can always rely on the support of my colleagues if I have any questions.

Teamwork
In solving problems and developing concepts, it is the teamwork which I enjoy and learn so much from. If you are looking for a job in which you can learn and take on new duties and challenges, then I can only recommend that you come to Bayer.
