Constructive cooperation is the basis of our day-to-day work

Constructive cooperation means many things at Bayer. It is not confined to daily interaction with colleagues and supervisors.

Dialogue and cooperation with representatives of the workforce, for example the Works Councils, Managerial Employees’ Committees and representatives of disabled employees, are equally important. Our goal is to bring together the wide range of ideas and opinions in the company to help us chart the best course for the future. To achieve that, we need a culture that encourages frank and open discussion and a transparent information policy toward our employees, customers and the community as a whole.

Constructive cooperation is reflected in our daily contact with each other and in a range of major agreements between the management and the representatives of the workforce.
